TESTIMONIALS

We are also proud and extremely grateful to serve His Holiness The Dalai Lama with our tsampa during his stay in the United States this summer.

“This is one of the best Tsampa (Tibetan Roasted Barley) in the U.S. It is well roasted and ready to eat. You can mix some nuts for that extra crunch or just eat it as the Tibetans do by mixing some tea and butter and making it into small dough balls. My daughter eats is as porridge with almond milk. As a Tibetan, I have been eating Tsampa all my life. It is a power food and I am so happy that it is readily available here in NYC (and the US) and in such good quality. I eat this everyday for breakfast and sometimes as my main meal."-Dolkun

"Tsampa to Tibetans is like bread to the western cuisine. This tsampa has the taste of barley roasted perfectly and ground just right not too fine and not too course. I enjoyed it. For those who are not familiar with tsampa it can be mixed with any liquid like tea, milk or water to make any consistency from runny to mealy. Add butter and sugar to your taste."-Amazon customer

“The best Tsampa ever on American soil. Taste great and quality better than Tsampa from Tibet or India."-Dawa
